Kym Oglesby - Founder/(Interim Executive Director)

Kym is the founder of GLF. Her dream is to provide students the assistance they need to attend college and become successful. She is a graduate of University of Phoenix. She also holds a Associates in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania Institute of Technology and Certificate of Fundraising from Villanova University. She is currently in college to obtain her Teaching Certification.


Monique Ladele- Biggs - Recording Secretary

Monique volunteers her time to provide the foundation guidance. Monique was one of the first  students whom the foundation assisted in completing a college applications She is currently working degree in Nursing


Dr. Gregory Ladele - Treasurer

Gregory has been a part of the foundation since its development. Gregory was awarded our first scholarship to assist with his studies at Morehouse College. He holds a MBA and current graduate of UMDNJ medical school.


Lisa Powder - Secretary

Lisa is a graduate of Michigan Technological University. For six years Lisa served as Executive Director building a strong brand for the foundation. After her tenure Lisa decided to continue working with a foundation.


Amy Shaw - Volunteer Coordinator

Amy is a graduate of Georgia State University. She currently assist with recruiting volunteers to help students in the "I Dream of College" program.



Hassan Shareef - Corporate Laision

Hassan works to build GLF brand among various entertainment and music industry professionals. He has been with the foundation since its development. He co-created the Annual Music Business Conference, coming Philadelphia in 2010.
